At Élan, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as headbands cannot be returned once worn. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
